Paraphiles Against Contact Harm Exploitation
Stances
Using Fictional Material To Cope with Harmful Attractions
The debate on ethical fictional material being used to cope with harmful when acted upon attractions is one that’s validity depends on the individual. It has been shown in some cases, but not all, that fiction can help in managing intense attractions. When in doubt it's important to refer to a therapist or other professional, in help dealing with said possibly disordered attractions, to discern whether or not it would be harmful or helpful to engage in for you.
People Who Are Under Stance of Pro-Contact and Non-Contact
PACHE does not encouraged targeting, harassment, or threats to people whether or not they are Neutral/Pro-Contact.Harassment and threats to these people do not keep Pro-Contacts from acting and only serves to isolate them from others and push them more towards acting more unethically. Despite common societal treatment, they are not monsters, they are humans, and deserve some amount of compassion despite what stance they might have. The goal is to, if not convince them to completely cease their actions, at the very least try to give them the tools to act as ethically as possible. With research, debate, and advice.
Make the best of a bad situation. For those who are active Pro-Contacts, it is true that there will always be the few that jump the fence to act on their desires, getting rid of all Pro-Contacts is unrealistic. The practicality and reality is that all we can do is debate, educate, and communicate with them to be as ethical as possible until they cease their actions themselves or are caught. However, if said people are in PACHE communities and or are known active abusers they will not be allowed to interact in safe spaces. Debate can be encouraged in safe spaces within reason. Harassment/threats/doxxing no matter what is not encouraged.
Zoophilia Being Included In The LGBTQ+ Community
While there is an inherent queerness in kinks and paraphilias there are no paraphilias of which can be added exclusively as a sexual orientation to the LGBTQ+ community including the assertion that zoophilia a part of the LGBTQ+ community outside of queerness.
Is Bestiality Consensual
While there is a debatable question about an animal's willingness to participate in human-animal sex, PACHE believes there is no harmless way for said animal to make informed consent to sexual advances from humans.
____________________
This is because of 4 main factors which make such contact inherently problematic, unethical, and irresponsible.
____________________
1. The Consequences of Post-Anthropocentric SocietyBefore going into other elements, this is the most important factor that enables a large majority of the problems in animal/human relations"We live in an anthropocentric society where non-humans have little to no rights. To start a relationship with them while simultaneously participating in that system is not only unethical, but displays a stark power imbalance that makes any perceptible “consent” null and void due to the exploitative/incentivized nature of it all. If an animal is being abused they have no way of escaping that situation. If an animal doesn’t want a certain medical procedure done they’re still forced to do it. If you provide everything for an animal they are incentivized to please and obey you, making anything that could be interpreted as consent irrelevant in the bigger picture." - AtticusCaptivity, limited autonomy, and societal integration is THE driving force for most of the topical problems of bestiality and beget the power dynamics and informed consent problems. It is also THE most common situation, almost all sexual relations between humans and animals is not those of wild animals but those of animals under the power and influence of humans in captivity. There are very few accounts of human/animal relationships outside of when they're in captivity.

2. At Play Power DynamicsLike said before, power dynamics make it so that the animal is, if at the will of the owner, at a vulnerability to be used in anyway the owner likes with often very little consequences to themselves.Due to domestication and a preference for submission, even in non-sexually abusive scenarios it is often the case that these animals will not fight back due to the reduced fear responses breeded out of animals.
Non-humans have no significant rights to protect themselves. No voice to talk to others. No alternative home to run to.Even in scenarios attempting to reduce this problem it is extremely easy to miscommunication and accidentally enforce the will of one's self over the through projection onto the animal.____________________
3. How We Miscommunicate Without RealizingCommunication between humans and animals in complex ways and topics has always been extremely difficult, but also this is true in many non-complex ways too.
.
Example 1 (For Pro-Contact zoophiles)In this example one may own a dog and keep them at home, they love their animal, play with them, and raised them. This animal soon starts to reach the age of sexual maturity and naturally they start becoming sexually active. However, as many dog owner situations are, this animal may often be home alone and has no plushie they’re trained to use or other dogs they might be interested in.Because of this they could become sexually frustrated and uncomfortable and when you show up, well, you’re the only way to relieve themselves. One sees it as "hey they like me and want to have sex with me", but to them you’ve forced and coerced them into that situation that they will then get used to and submissive to whether they wanted or not.As humans we project on them "of course they’d want me" but they are individuals and we can’t know for certain, assumptions are dangerous.
.
Example 2. (For General) a chimpanzee may smile at a human and the human would interpret that as happiness. However, in reality the smile is a sign of aggression for chimpanzes and despite the two feeling confident the other is getting the message, neither are and miscommuncation ends as the problem.

4. Informed ConsentBecause of the situation animals find themselves in, they can not make informed consent in many capacities. The modern model of consent recognizes consent to be consequence free, non-coerced, enthusiastic, and proactive, it is about having the ability to get away and revoke it. It also includes that both parties understand the situation surrounding the act.
.
Example 1: In cases when a dog is taken away from a Pro-Contact zoo there can sometimes be a probability in euthanasia towards said dog depending on your country. The animal was not aware of these dangers and is being lied to in an omission of detail.
.
Example 2: In cases where the human gets in trouble or is taken away from an animal whether by means of criminality or family. The animal can't be made aware of these dangers that human was in by consequence of sexual action and is being lied to in an omission of detail.
____________________It must be emphasize that again, all of these factors the animal has no idea about. Humans use these to their advantage just as they have been for MILLENNIA. The breeding, the exploitation, the objectification. All to the animal's detriment. To be Pro-Contact is to encourage this, even if accidentally, and further the exploitation and use of animals for our own desires. It is antithetical to their autonomy, their rights, and to their wants.
